About you: We're looking for a talented Content Executive to join our fast-paced ERP division. Your role is pivotal in driving pipeline growth through organic traffic by crafting high-quality content aligned with our search-first SEO content strategy and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day, you'll work with the Content Manager, Marketing and Digital teams to produce content that positions us as thought leaders and drives demand, builds awareness, and generates leads. From SEO-optimised website copy to long-form guides, reports and whitepapers, to video and social media content, you will help customers get all the information they need at every stage of their journey.Day-to-day, you will: Research: Wide-ranging research to understand audience, market and generate ideas.? Collaboration: Work with Content Manager and wider team in marketing, sales, product, customer success and external agencies to inform and develop content strategy across marketing channels.?? Content Production:?Create a wide range of exceptional content targeting key audiences, including:? • Blog posts that address industry trends, thought leadership and useful tips. • Long-form articles following SEO best practices in-line with search first strategy. • Landing pages for website, including paid media landing pages. • Client case studies showcasing successful project outcomes. • White papers and reports offering in-depth information on relevant topics. • Graphics, created on Canva, that support and illustrate content across channels. • Scripts for videos that educate, entertain, and demonstrate expertise. • Emails that nurture leads. • Product collateral that is benefit-focused. • Social media content that engages our audience and sparks conversations. Content Optimisation: Optimise existing web content with a focus on driving traffic to the website from search results and mopping up demand for our product lines. Performance Analysis: Work with the Content Marketing Manager to continually monitor and review performance of content vs targets - optimising content plans and testing, measuring, and learning to find new approaches to move the needle. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience in content marketing for an online business, preferably in B2B software products. • Experience in SEO / search-first copywriting - with a foundational understanding of using SEO best practice to optimise content. • Excellent content author, editor and writer, with great attention to detail and a focus on quality. • A natural with data - hungry for both understanding trends and insights that fuel content generation ideas, and a desire to use data to understand performance of content and optimisation areas. • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, customers, cross-functional teams and third parties. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines. • A self-starter with high energy and a collaborative attitude. • Exceptional English writing skills (native-level fluency required). • Previous experience using Canva, content management systems (CMS) and Hootsuite would be a bonus.
