You will develop a deep understanding of our systems and processes and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering innovative training to colleagues across the university. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the users of our systems, are confident, empowered, and consistent in their approach. You will build relationships within Digital Services and wider professional services teams. You will have experience in a similar role, be self-organising, engaging and innovative, and will be enthusiastic about improving the use of the Universitys IT systems.
