You'll have the exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Facilities Specialist, playing a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our Roastery. From ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to supporting sustainability initiatives and managing the overall building, your contributions will be invaluable.

What you’ll do
Being an Apprentice Facilities Specialist is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
* Respond promptly to service requests and coordinate contractor responses.
* Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing of building documents for audits.
* Log and track issues in a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Assist in managing contractor communication and monitoring service quality.
* Help compile and maintain an asset register for electronic equipment and site resources.
* Support site maintenance, including coordinating planned and reactive maintenance.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in. You will have:
* Some prior experience in administration, maintenance, or customer service is helpful but not essential — we're more interested in your enthusiasm to learn!
* A genuine interest in facilities management or building maintenance.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures (like fire safety and risk assessments) would be an advantage.
* Any experience working in an office, warehouse, or site-based environment is beneficial.
