As a result of our expansion, we are implementing a new team structure, this is why we are hiring our first Clinical Trials Volunteer Recruitment Call Centre Manager to provide leadership, training and coaching to our Recruitment Call Center team.
~ This is a full-time, clinic-based job in Drapers Yard, Leeds.
~37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (weekends may be required, although infrequently)
We will trust you to drive the Fortrea UK Call Center team.
This team build and maintain Fortrea´s participants database of healthy volunteers and patients for our clinical trials. In this job, your impact will be felt from day 1 : the success of the clinic relies on the recruitment success. We’re on a transformative journey, and we need a dynamic manager to help drive our Leeds clinic forward in line with Fortrea’s Clinical Pharmacology Services (CPS) strategic goals.
~ We´ll trust you to provide strategic direction, leadership and perform full-cycle performance management (including recruitment, on-boarding, goal setting, managing KPIs, performance discussions, development and career progression, discipline conversations when needed.)
You will be required to represent Fortrea at client meetings and will contribute your expertise developing solutions that help win new business and supporting the sales team with presentations and meetings.

This is a recruitment call center leadership job, embedded in a scientific environment, with client facing responsibilities.
Extensive call center team leadership & line management experience is essential, but not necessarily in a clinical trials environment. We welcome applications from experienced people managers from healthcare, recruitment or other industries.
You are used to interact extensively with Top Leadership teams, so commercial acumen is critical. You are experienced talking with authority with sophisticated clients and designing solutions to customers (developing strategies, risk mitigation and contingency plans).
University/college degree (life science preferred)
