Our client is a well-established business that provides engineering services to their clients. Due to growth, they require a Scheduling/Planning Team Leader to join their team. The role will involve booking planned works 6 months in advance, as well as ad hoc maintenance, repair, and installation visits. The Planning Coordinator is also responsible for route planning and booking hotel accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer order logging onto CRM
* Lead the team and implement a robust process for scheduling
* Coordinate the most cost-effective planning & scheduling and train the team to focus on this
* Respond to inbound & make outbound calls
* Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s
* Check engineer reports and process them for internal team payment
* Build relationships with clients and engineers
