Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing colleague to join our Tenancy Services Team.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, putting our customers' needs at the heart of every decision we make and helping to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home.
In this role, you will take enquiries and assist our customers regarding their tenancy queries.
You will also help with the co-ordination of both the starter and end of tenancy procedures.
Additionally, you will have the chance to assist our Tenancy Officers in various tasks and other areas of our service during peak work demand.
You will need to have experience dealing with members of the public and be able to maintain a high level of customer service while working under pressure. High IT literacy skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with a range of in-house databases.
