Candidates with volume personal injury litigation are also encouraged to apply. This client can offer retrains for litigators looking to move into housing disrepair. You will be responsible for handling a caseload of pre and post-litigated housing disrepair claims from inception to completion, complying with the Pre Action Protocol for Housing Conditions. This includes but is not limited to: Running a large caseload of pre- and post-litigation housing conditions claims on behalf of tenants Comply with Pre Action-Protocol for Housing Disrepair Claims Draft Letters of Claim Collation of special damages Negotiation and settlement Liaise with counsel Issue Court Proceedings Salary £35,000-£45,000a generous bonus structure, 25 days holiday birthday off, flexible/home working, renowned training and development and modern city centre offices.
