Role: CRM Campaign Manager Location: Bournemouth Reference: HOB1037118 Closing Date: 30/09/2024 23:59 CRM Campaign Manager – Located at our Hobbycraft Head Office, BH23 6HG Salary -up to £32,000 DOE pension with a 4% contribution, 25 days holiday increasing every year, 25% discount in our stores, hybrid working policy, Dog friendly office and many more This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours. Our core business hours are Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm but we have a flexible approach to start and finish times. Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. About the Role Hobbycraft is the UK’s leading art and craft retailer with 124 stores across the UK, a website that has grown substantially over the last 5 years and an app that was launched last year. This is an exciting role that is vital to delivering and optimising our CRM activity, driving customer lifetime value and further growth for the business. As the CRM Manager you will lead the execution and optimisation of our CRM campaigns in email, app notifications and other new comms channels. You will also lead and develop your team of designers and be a key contributor in the team that develops and delivers core activity and strategic CRM plans. In doing all of this you will work closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team, enabling you to perform to your best and learn and develop further skills and knowledge as you go. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager you will sit within the team responsible for customer acquisition and retention. This is a fast paced and creative environment where your ability to work at pace, make commercial judgements and adapt to change will be valued.
