The Team and Role:
The B2B Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Logitech Direct Engagement team with quoting for opportunities, engaging with customers when the field team are not available, general sales administration, and selling Logitech’s B2B products, solutions and/or services via telephone or video calls.

In this role you will:
- Engaging with distribution, partners and end customers to ensure that the
projects are quoted correctly.
-Supporting the field team with customer enquiries or booking meetings
- Help the customer or channel with product queries in relation to end user projects
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends and
competition
- Use and maintain ; provide metrics on leads; Leverage CRM and other tools to prospect into specific markets and verticals; Maintain detailed account profiles and lead progress
- Other general administration to support the sales team
Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
- Highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals
- Tremendous time management and organization skills; Detail oriented and thorough
- Telemarketing/telesales/sales admin experience is preferred
- Track record as a SDR achieving measurable inside sales goals using a CRM and sales automation tools in a modern sales environment
- High degree of persistence and follow through
- Positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly understand and demonstrate technology and business value propositions.
- The desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, team environment
