Analyse current state processes:Identifyinefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement and from those, Gather and document business requirement for in-house PAS (policy admin system) functional build. Define and document future state processes: Work with stakeholders to design new processes that are efficient, effective, and aligned with the new Policy Admin System. Take the lead in interviews with stakeholders,facilitatingworkshops and other requirements gatheringmeetings.Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather input, build consensus, and drive decision-making. Deliver high quality project documentation (process flows, requirements, user stories) according to existingstandards. Manage stakeholders to achieve sign-off of requirements. Work with third party suppliers to agreeappropriate solutionto supportrequirements. Provide the link between the third party supplier and business representativesregardingfunctionality, throughout the developmentlifecycle. Capture data elements, organise and model data to support or improverecommendations. Ensure cross project team and business stakeholder collaboration. Requirements: Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications and User Stories and obtaining businessagreement. Experience of working with multi-disciplined development teams, including external vendors and agencies providing services forprojects. MS Office suite, including Excel / Visio knowledge andskills. Knowledge and experience of a range of project deliverymethodologies (Agile & Waterfall). Experience of gathering business requirements using a variety of techniques from representatives atdifferent levelsof thebusiness.
