Overview
This company is seeking an experienced Payments Assistant to join their team. As a Payments Assistant, you will be responsible for managing payments and ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time within our children and family team
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing and managing payments
2. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions
3. Collaborating with other departments to resolve internal issues
4. Completing basic admin duties - responding and producing emails, data inputting
Requirements
5. Experience in a similar role, preferably within the finance industry
6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
7. Strong organisational and time-management skills
8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Rate
£12.18 PAYE which equates to £14.24ph Umbrella
