We are seeking a Property Manager to join a highly reputable company in the Southend area to manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords. The role will involve ensuring that all properties are managed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with relevant regulations.
The Property Manager will have experience in property management, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a strong knowledge of the rental market.

Property Manager key Requirements:
* Previous experience in property management, preferably in the residential rental market.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large portfolio of properties and liaise effectively with landlords and tenants.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving license.
Salary on offer
£25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
