They are seeking an Customer Service Administrator who possesses the following skills and qualifications.
You will be responsible for the processing of online, email and phone orders from existing customers and dealing with email and phone enquiries relating to deliveries, spare parts and returns on a day-to-day basis. Full training will be given.
The Role:
* Processing online, email and phone orders
* Ensuring all information in inputted on the system
* Answering telephone and email enquiries
* Resolving customer complaints and queries
* Assistant in any technical questions where needed
* Providing sales quotes for potential clients and processing sales orders
* Chasing feedback from clients regarding quotes
* Gain the trust and respect of existing clients through effective communication and administration
* Hitting monthly/yearly individual and team targets
* Finding new business opportunities from existing customers
About you:
* Prior experience in customer service is essential
* Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
* A personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions.
* Proactive and motivated with a sense of humour, fostering a positive team environment.
* Collaborative mindset with strong computer proficiency, including experience with office software and CRMs.
