We are a disability confident leader and we support reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process - for more information click This post is seen as essential in terms of service delivery. The 3 towns locality team currently have children and young people across the 3 main teams and CASST team. As a statutory service, we are required to provide a range of services and supports to vulnerable children and their families. Child protection is a key feature of the work we do, and currently we have 23 children on the register out of a total of 93 across NAHSCP. Again this higher level of registration, and the lack of sufficient cp trained workers, causes additional worries. The provision of this vacancy is seen as essential in supporting not only the child, but the wider staff group's needs.
