We are seeking a poised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience at our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient table assignments.
* Experience with either Open Table or Seven Rooms is a must.
* Coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
* Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
* Uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a receptionist or host or Maitre D in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive and friendly demeanour.
