The Role
Are you ready for a role where no two days are the same? As an Inspection Coordinator, you'll play a vital part in delivering bespoke inspection services to our clients across the UK and internationally. This dynamic role offers variety, challenge, and travel prospects, making it ideal for someone who thrives on diversity and embraces new experiences.
This full-time position offers hybrid and flexible working from our site in Knowsley, with a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
About the Position
* Shift: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm).
* Salary: Negotiable (Flexible and hybrid working options available).
* Contract: Full-time, permanent position with hybrid and flexible working available once fully trained.
The day to day
* Oversee and coordinate inspection services for base metal commodities, managing each appointment from start to finish.
* Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Coordinate international appointments and ensure smooth delivery of inspections, weighing, and sampling shipments.
* Monitor daily workloads, proactively managing operational risks and resolving disputes in partnership with senior management.
The Essentials
* Proven experience in inspection services or a commodities-related field.
* Strong proficiency with Management Information Systems and excellent attention to detail.
* Exceptional multitasking, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive, customer-focused mindset, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Quality Management Principles, ISO9000 standards, and risk assessment.
* A results-driven approach, with a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Teamwork skills and a willingness to pursue learning and development opportunities.
* A valid driving licence, with the ability to travel to different UK sites monthly, is desirable.
