If you’re a creative, commercial, and digitally savvy marketer who loves a challenge, we want to hear from you What You’ll Be Doing: Shaping and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and elevate the brand. Collaborating with directors to target the right markets and refine our approach. Owning digital marketing efforts—SEO, social media, and content creation. Managing a Marketing Executive and working alongside a small, energetic sales team. Enhancing the customer journey across B2B markets. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies. Analysing what works, ditching what doesn’t, and keeping the strategy sharp. Oversee the production of marketing materials and collateral. Requirements A generalist marketer with proven digital expertise Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress, or simiilar digital platforms A strategic mindset, with a 'hands on' approach Commercially focused with experience in B2B essential (B2C exposure is a 'nice to have'). A creative thinker who can build a brand and deliver results. Strong understanding and experience of marketing principles Proven experience in marketing roles, preferable within the construction industry.
