We have an exciting opportunity for Padel Tennis Court Manager to join the Team at Lets Go Hydro following the opening of our Padel courts. Are you passionate about promoting Padel amongst teams, visitors and members Is so, wed love for you to join our exciting, proactive Padel Team Successful candidates must have Padel Tennis experience either as player, coach or event organiser. You will be required to work on a shift/rota basis. 40 hours per week, on 5 out of 7 days. As Padel Tennis Manager you will help to develop the growth and awareness of Padel at the resort and partnering locations within Hydro. Leading to increased participation and customer increase and retention. Excellent customer service and satisfaction are central to our mission. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven managerial experience as a padel tennis manager/ coach or playing padel at a competitive level. Ability to coach and mentor a team, adhering to policy and procedures, creating rotas, monitoring equipment used or damaged, accounting for stock takes and the cleanliness of all courts. Strong knowledge of padel rules, strategies, and techniques. Monitoring booking systems, promoting memberships, forecasting future sales. Collecting social media content to promote the courts, generating awareness to increase revenue. Demonstrating creativity, planning padel events, liaising with departments promoting teamwork. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players of all backgrounds. Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Passion for Padel and a desire to help players improve their game. Flexibility in working hours across all venues, may include travel. Patience, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
