He/She will : report to the Crewing Operations Manager; drive and deliver positive Crew management results by the speedy implementation of activities; establish project readiness for the business region; be responsible for the onsite crew management; adherence to regulations and compliance i.e.
Standard Manning, ISM, MLC, competency certifications, STCW, local content, work permits, visa, Tour of Duty; Maintain knowledge of industry trends & stay abreast of manning developments including the requirements of ILO, Flag provide guidance to the direct reports in Crewing Operations and other Crewing staff to work in alignment and collaboration; develop and establish Crewing Readiness to projects and Supervision and synchronization of crew movements and deployments; The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar capacity as Crewing manager in shipping companies Excellent verbal and written English communication skill Flexible and able to travel (over 60%) Working experience in multinational company(s) with multinational and multicultural workforce Knowledge in Crew management software is an advantage Good understanding of Marine requirements is an advantage Good team player and positive aptitude.
