There’s never been a more exciting time to join our Communications team, to help spread the word on the amazing world of employee experience, benefits, wellbeing and more. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be: Responsibilities Supporting our brilliant portfolio of customers when it comes to communicating with their employees; Working at pace on some of the biggest and most well-known brands both nationally and internationally; Creating and reviewing content for brochures, posters, email campaigns, videos, leaflets, system-generated content and more; Organising virtual webinars and working with our suppliers to deliver merchandise, video and print; Talking with our customers to understand their needs and delivering top-notch copy, content and communication plans; Executing those plans and providing communications troubleshooting support to our customers along the way; Given the chance to create sub-brands and concepts for our new customers’ benefit schemes; Collaborating with our in-house design team to bring your work to life; Liaising with departments and stakeholders across the business on a day-to-day basis to support your accounts and customers. What are we looking for? Have proven communications experience and be able to demonstrate writing experience across a wide breadth and depth of styles. Ideally, that experience would be from an Internal Communication, Communication Specialist or Marketing role; Be a keen writer with a love of content; Have experience in account management or in a customer-facing role; Have a keen eye for detail and be ruthlessly organised; Be able to work with multiple stakeholders and departments, both internally and externally; Be comfortable working in a fast-moving and occasionally pressurised environment and able to demonstrate high levels of autonomy.
