WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail manager to oversee the Golf Pro Shop, Golf Academy, and Resort Mall. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless operation of all retail outlets, driving sales, customer satisfaction, and ensuring exceptional service standards. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for luxury retail, and an understanding of golf-related products and services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will be overseeing the following areas:
1. Golf Pro Shop Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring stock is well-managed, replenished, and displays are attractive. Collaborate with the Golf Pro team to enhance the guest experience and align product offerings with customer needs.
2. Golf Academy Operations: Partner with the Golf Academy team to promote retail items tailored to golfers and students and offer expert advice on products for golfers of all skill levels. Coordinate special offers, discounts, and promotions for Golf Academy clients.
3. Resort Mall Management: Supervise the daily operations of the Resort Mall, ensuring an exceptional retail experience across all shops. Train and motivate retail staff to meet sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and deliver outstanding customer service.
4. Customer Engagement & Sales Leadership: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests and ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Lead by example, engaging with guests on the floor to enhance their shopping experience and utilize analytics to track performance and develop strategies for continual growth and improvement.
5. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities: Prepare sales reports, budgets, and forecasts. Manage financial performance, ensuring cost control, profitability, and budget compliance.
