Honeycomb is pleased to be working with our client, an award-winning transport business, to recruit a Customs Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is an expert in their field to come on board and offer hands on customs administration support. The business is based in Antrim and this role operates on a night-shift pattern.
The role of Customs Coordinator is perfect for someone who enjoys working within an autonomous role but doesn't necessarily want to directly manage a team. You will demonstrate detailed knowledge on end-to-end customs processes and ensure customs declarations are being completed in an accurate and timely manner. You will identify areas for improvement within the team and have a strong business improvement element to your role.
The right person for this role will be an experienced customs candidate with experience gained post Brexit. You will be comfortable liaising with 3rd parties and communicating with various levels of the business.
The package for this role is an attractive salary of up to £40K DOE and allows for remote working, on a night shift shift rotation.
