New Resource Recruitment are happy to announce we are assisting a long-established local business in securing a Part Time Customer Service and Aftersales Co-Ordinator. Working Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 08:08 - 17:00 (30 minute unpaid).
Based in the Corsham area, they have an extensive range of industry-leading products available to their customers. Providing supply and installation of their products for customers throughout Wiltshire and the surrounding areas, they have continued to grow their market share. Due to this continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service and Aftersales Co-ordinator to join their busy, fast-paced, customer-focused team.
Scope of the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience within a busy dynamic office environment. You will have experience working to deadlines and be able to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively. It is essential that you can communicate effectively with suppliers and planning teams, consulting with suppliers and customers to organise site visits. Dealing with customers and client enquiries in a professional and courteous manner is a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ordering and chasing products and stock for pending jobs.
2. Negotiating delivery dates to aid a faster and more efficient installation time.
3. Chasing additional parts from initial installation or aftercare service calls.
4. Actioning all incoming enquiries from customers via email and telephone - booking in surveys for new customers and service calls for existing customers.
5. Diary management for the Service Engineer team.
6. Ownership of post-installation aftercare - liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with their final product and working closely with the director to rectify any issues or further work needed.
7. Analysing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
8. Effectively communicating with the accounts department to help the end of sale run smoothly.
9. Miscellaneous office duties such as filing and organising collection of classified waste.

Technical Skills:
1. Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Experience:
1. Previous work dealing with customers and contractors face to face in a retail setting.
2. Management of multiple concurrently running projects.
3. Diary management for multiple sales and installation teams.
4. Customer Service.
5. Client Liaison.
