Our client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administrator, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
1. Updating and maintaining accurate records of employee information in relevant systems
2. Preparing employment documents (eg Offer Letters, Contract of Employment, Amendment to T&CS)
3. Administering the onboarding process for new hires
4. Administering the offboarding process for leavers
5. Collating and preparing relevant employee information for Payroll
6. Collating and administrating HR data for internal and external requirements
7. Providing administrative support to the recruitment process (eg uploading vacancies, scheduling of interviews)
8. Assist in organizing employment events (eg Career Fairs)
9. Assist employees with HR-related inquiries
10. Any other duties as deemed appropriate by HR Business Partner
The HR Administrator shall:
1. Carry out work only when it can be done in a safe and healthy manner. Ensure that the work is not hazardous to the environment.
2. Comply with the Management System procedures, contractual requirements and authority regulations relevant for the work
3. Contribute to the Subsea improvement process and report incidents and proposals using the formal feedback reporting system
4. Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our corporate values.
5. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Demonstrate ambition to grow career in line with the business growth.
HSEQ Statement:

4. Desirable but not essential - use of HRIS
