We are seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within the medical sector. This 12-week contract offers you the chance to step into a well-established role, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a high volume of vacancies.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Collaborate closely with line managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
2. Advertise vacancies and ensure they reach the right talent pool.
3. Review and examine CVs via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
4. Conduct pre-screen calls and schedule interviews for selected candidates.
5. Manage the offer process and transition successful candidates to Pre-Employment for final checks.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
2. Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple vacancies at once.
3. A self-starter with a positive attitude, who enjoys working at pace and can quickly adapt to new challenges.
4. Great attention to detail as ensuring accuracy when screening CVs, organising interviews, and managing offers is crucial.
