Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a highly regarded residential estate agency that specialises in the local property market of Royal Tunbridge Wells. They are looking to recruit a well-organised and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator & Property Manager to join their busy office. This position is responsible for coordinating the administrative function for the Lettings department, along with managing a small portfolio of residential properties. Main responsibilities: Undertake tenant referencing and prepare tenancy documentation, including serving the relevant legal notices throughout the tenancy. Arrange check-in and check-out appointments. Manage the tenancy renewal process. Manage a portfolio of c.100 fully managed residential properties. Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors; providing regular updates on maintenance issues and resolving client concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct quarterly property inspections and end-of-tenancy checks. Liaise with contractors and other service providers, ensuring high-quality work is completed on-time. Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and legal standards (e.g. annual safety certifications, fire safety, Legionella assessments etc.) Mange property-related budgets and expenses. Ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions without compromising on quality. Maintain accurate records using Goodlord, STREET and DPS. Candidate profile: A minimum of 2 years’ experience within lettings administration. Experience within property management would be preferred. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong levels of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. A proactive problem solver and team player. Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential). Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday Driving licence: Preferred (not essential) Other: Career development and training opportunities are available.
