Job summary We have exciting opportunities for motivated, determined and enthusiastic physiotherapists to join our team in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. We have band 6 posts available which rotate across the Health Board including T&O, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Care of the Elderly, Respiratory, Acute Medical, Pulmonary Rehabilitation and Community Reablement. the post holders would be expected to provide assessment and treatment to a range of acute patients. Main duties of the job Each rotation will offer the post holders an opportunity to participate in the training and development of staff. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are essential. With a dynamic 'can do' approach, you will have the opportunity to participate in service improvement and work in a fast paced environment. Teaching, supervision, support and training will be part of your role. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
