We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EHCP Officer to join our team at Nescot College. This is a full-time, term-time position based in our modern and easily accessible campus in Epsom, Surrey.
About the Role
As an EHCP Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Education, Health and Care Plans. You will work closely with colleagues across the college to ensure that all students receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EHCP process and be able to provide high-quality support to students, parents and carers. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* To coordinate and implement EHCP plans, working closely with teachers, support staff and other external agencies as required.
* To provide regular progress updates to students, parents and carers, ensuring that everyone is fully informed and engaged in the student's education.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform teaching and learning strategies.
* To contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, ensuring that they are effective and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
