Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Kings Cross - 100%
Remuneration: Hourly rate £29.33
Contract Details: 8 months duration
Responsibilities:
1. Provide operational support for onboarding programmes, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Assist in organising and coordinating onboarding events, ensuring a positive new hire experience.
3. Collaborate with team members to optimise onboarding processes and improve overall efficiency.
4. Communicate effectively with new hires, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Assist in pre-start processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
7. Provide on-site event support, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for new hires.
8. Utilise various tools and software to streamline onboarding processes and enhance efficiency.
9. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new hires, encouraging engagement and teamwork.
Requirements:
1. Comfortable learning new tools and becoming an expert in using them.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude.
3. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
4. Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
5. Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.
6. Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
7. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
8. Comfortable with public speaking and in large event atmospheres.
9. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in employee onboarding or new hire experience.
2. Event planning or coordination experience is highly desired.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
