Roofing Site Manager
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits or £250 Self Employed
Company Car Provided
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee large-scale roofing projects, including an ongoing project in Nottingham. You will be responsible for managing operations on water treatment sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee roofing projects across the Severn Trent region
2. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
3. Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
4. Coordinate temporary works and scaffolding inspections
5. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Requirements:
1. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
2. CSCS Black Supervisors Card
3. NVQ Level 4 in Site Supervision
4. Temporary Works Qualification
5. Scaffold Inspection Certification
6. Nominated First Aider
7. Full UK Driving Licence
