Salary: £83 - £95 per day
Contract: Long-Term Temporary with potential for permanency
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)Are you eager to support young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges? As a Therapy Support Worker, you will collaborate closely with therapists, educators, and other support staff to deliver personalized interventions. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about mental health and keen to gain practical experience in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist trained therapists in implementing individualized support plans for students.
Provide one-on-one and group support to help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
Help manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours in a calm and constructive manner.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes well-being and growth.
