As a Project Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate & Investment Bank, Markets Technology, you'll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. Job responsibilities Manages technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications Leads projects from initiation through implementation, including establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines Participates in Value Stream management, and makes sure sprint and quarterly planning sets the right priority and delivers the best values to business Ensures the relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources Collaborates with teammates from multiple tech product teams and communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills BS/BA degree or equivalent, related to software engineering or IT system management Experience in the financial services industry and their IT systems preferred Minimum 3 years of experience working as technical project manager or IT business analyst required Familiarity with Continuous Delivery Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration Proficiency in one or more business disciplines or functions Experience project managing multiple projects at a time Knowledge of global and line of business project management standards and methods Ability to collaborate with global teams with members in different regions
