Following a retendering process, the children's service is due to be transferred to the new provider on the 1st of April 2025. Given this post sits within the transferring service, in line with the legislative requirements, the successful candidate will be part of the TUPE transfer along with other colleagues. Band 3 Childrens Community Carer Do you have a passion for supporting children/young people with additional health needs? Have you previously worked with children in a health, educational or social care setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide clinical care to children/young people with additional health needs (including tracheostomies and ventilators) at home
* Minimum of 22.5 hours per week
* Flexible working to include night shifts 10pm-7am, weekends and bank holidays
* You will need access to a car with business insurance to travel to the family homes within Surrey
* Previous experience is desirable however not essential as full competency training is provided; there will be an initial induction period followed by supervised practice
