As a content creator apprentice, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media, updating the company website, creating offline marketing materials, co-ordinate events, photography and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential What are we looking for? You will be responsible for social media activity ensuring customers at the heart of the messaging. We will have a new website for you to work with and are looking to push boundaries in how we approach our social media and website content. We are looking for someone who will work collaboratively with colleagues and customers, turn ideas into actions, deliver factual and creative material and compelling social media campaigns. You will be hands-on, driven and committed to delivering excellent customer service. A Typical Day in the Job: Further develop and deliver their approach to digital and social media Day to day content creation for North Star social media accounts, including creating and publishing content. To maintain a strong organisation visual branding that promotes their values, corporate messages and adds value to their brand. Day to day updating of the North Star website, ensuring compliance with Consumer Standards and keeping the website up to date with information and news for their customers and stakeholders. Co-ordinate photography to accompany stories and to establish our photographic library, using external suppliers.Including briefing suppliers and ensuring that they deliver to agreed standards. Provide support and publicity materials for in-house events and community/resident involvement events, and nationally as required. Assist with open events to showcase new schemes and developments which will involve liaising with internal colleagues, tenants, developers, partners, local officials/dignitaries. Assist on the organisation and administration of internal and external events. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
