* Generate awareness of and engagement with the BMP Transformation programme in the wider business, providing a consistent, two-way stream of communication between the Programme and the business.
* Lead the creation and development of suitable content for the different target audiences, making use of a wide variety of digital, traditional and face to face channels, such as the intranet, weekly leader communications, videos, townhalls, etc.
* Work with key stakeholders across the programme to design engagement programmes to develop a strong ‘one team’ culture where people feel connected.
* Find creative ways to illustrate progress, shining a light on examples of success, best practice and delivering for our customers.
* Collaborate (not ownership) with the wider Communications, PR and Marketing teams on external aspects of the programme.
