Reporting into the Head of HR Services, you will play an integral role in the team by ensuring all key HR data is analysed and distributed to the wider business.If you thrive in an operational, hands-on culture, this will be the right assignment for you!The role's responsibilities:
* Report on accurate people data and insights to the wider business on key HR metrics; absence, attrition, vacancy data.
* Become an expert on the organisations HR system, providing first line support for queries surrounding the system.
* Identify areas of process improvement on the current HRIS system, and delivery and presentation of data.
* Support the HR Services Team on wider HR administration responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis.
* Build stakeholder relationships with the wider HR team to deliver on key HR data insights.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have excellent HR Systems experience, comfortable with manipulating and processing key HR data.
