We currently have a number of positions available within Justice Services, seeking ambitious, motivated fully qualified, registered social workers to join our Assessment & Case Management (ACM) and Court & Early Intervention (CEI) Teams in Falkirk.
Social Worker Requirements:
1. Post-qualifying experience of working in Justice Social Work.
2. Experience in case management of individuals subject to community-based orders and licenses.
3. Proficient report writer with a proven ability to assess and manage risk.
4. Good knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to justice services.
5. Accredited in the risk assessment tools: Essential (LSCMI), desirable (SA07, RM2K, SARAv3).
6. Trained in the Caledonian System and MFMC.
Advanced Practitioner Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience of working in Justice Social Work.
2. Significant experience in case management of individuals subject to community-based orders and licenses.
3. Proficient report writer with a proven ability to assess and manage risk.
4. Good knowledge of legislation and guidance relating to justice services.
5. Accredited in the risk assessment tools (SA07, RM2K, LSCMI, SARAv3).
6. Trained in the Caledonian System and MFMC.
7. Hold or undertake relevant post-qualifying awards within 2 years of appointment.
8. Mentoring social workers and paraprofessional workers is a requirement of the post.
