Graduate Behaviour Mentor – The Role:
1. Support students with behavioural issues
2. Work alongside them on a 1:1 basis
3. Support academic progress
4. Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team
5. Reports and observations will need to be recorded
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Qualifications required:
1. Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
2. Prior education / classroom experience
3. Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Works well independently and as part of a team
