Are you a talented Control & Instrumentation Engineer ready to tackle challenges in a highly regulated environment? Our client is looking for someone to join a dynamic team, where they'll apply expertise across the full C&I project lifecycle, from tendering to handover. Here's what they're looking for:
Your responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Project Experience: Manage and deliver C&I projects, from tender phase to final handover.
2. Industrial Networks Knowledge: Familiarity with protocols like Profibus, Profinet, etc.
3. Documentation & Reporting: Skilled in creating and reviewing functional descriptions, specifications, P&IDs, and technical reports.
4. Site Support: Comfortable overseeing installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities.
And a few things you should know:
1. Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) hardware and software.
2. Process Instrumentation: Specify, install, and commission instruments for basic process control systems and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
3. Functional Safety Acumen: Understanding of SIS lifecycle, safety documentation, and compliance with safety standards.
4. Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge of relevant UK and international C&I standards.
