Culinary Excellence
* Create and manage seasonal menus that keep us at the forefront of culinary trends.
* Oversee logistics and operations for events, ensuring impeccable quality and efficiency.
* Source the best ingredients and maintain relationships with premium suppliers.
Team Development
* Build, train, and motivate a talented brigade while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Operational Expertise
* Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards, maintaining a 5-star FSA rating.
* Manage stock, orders, and financial performance, achieving a target GP of 56%.
* Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment to the highest operational standards.
