Job summary HR Workforce & Pensions Team Leader - Band 6 £42,939 - £50,697 Inc HCAS Per annum pro rata Full time - 37.5 hours per week Bromley Healthcare are excited to be recruiting to a new position within our HR Workforce and Pension team to work alongside our small friendly busy team. We are looking for a suitable candidate to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the payroll team, associated payroll procedures and pension administration. The successful candidate will also establish and maintain systems and processes, to ensure that each stage of the payroll process is actioned correctly, as part of this role the is a requirement to manage complex calculations and enquiries at times providing specialist information and advice to staff and managers as needed along with assistant workforce colleagues with more complex queries. You will be dealing with payroll and pensions administration/queries on a daily basis, pension queries relate to Bromley Healthcare's 3 pensions schemes which are NHS, Scottish Widows & NEST. Manage the delivery of an accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees within Bromley Healthcare, ensuring all members of the workforce team undertake a range of different duties. You will lead on the administration of the 3 pension schemes and be conversant with their rules ensuring the organisation is aware of any changes or updates. Previous experience in NHS Pensions, Payroll and overpayments is essential for this role.
