Cleaning Operations Manager – Doncaster
We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our thriving transport division where you will be responsible for contract service delivery at one of our sites based in Doncaster, as well as supporting the Service Delivery Director in overseeing 3 Account Managers based in London and Edinburgh.
Reporting into the Service Delivery Director, the role of Cleaning Operations Manager will support the drive for profitable growth for the contract through development and leadership of an effective team that operates through the Churchill values. Delivering excellent service to customers, you will operate efficiently to maintain and expand the portfolio.

As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll be:
* Deputising for the Service Delivery Director and supporting the oversight of a team of 3 managers.
* Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services.
* Supporting the team to maximise client retention and drive continuous growth, ensuring aligned service delivery across all sites.
* Analysing the business and developing operating strategies for the site and the wider region.
* Managing client engagement, driving innovation and mobilising new business opportunities. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth.
As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll have:
* Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites to deliver the best possible outcome.
* A strong passion for and in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulations.
* The ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Great customer management experience, with the ability to effectively engage with various customer stakeholders, workplace representatives, sub-contractors, and business partners.
* Strong commercial awareness, financial management skills, Health and Safety expertise and IT literacy.
* A passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative approach.
