Salary : £80,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
As the Head of Engineering, you will guide the technical direction of the agency across web and mobile platforms, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and client needs. You will lead a talented team, oversee scalable solution architecture, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Technical Strategy : Set the agency's technical vision and ensure alignment with client requirements.
* Architect Innovative Solutions : Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions.
* Mentor and Develop Teams : Inspire and support technical leads, promoting continuous improvement.
* Engage Commercially : Collaborate on proposals, articulating complex concepts effectively.
* Ensure Technical Governance : Uphold coding standards and best practices to deliver quality outcomes.
* Optimise Processes : Enhance internal tools and workflows for improved efficiency.
* Oversee Security Compliance : Work with the Platform team to ensure AWS infrastructure is secure and cost-effective.
