Successful Water Treatment outfit, recognised for their consistent year on year growth now seeks a tenacious Water Treatment Business Development Manager for their North West branch. Candidates must hold a strong foundation of technical knowledge within Water Treatment; more specifically Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System chemistry, alongside an established track record in securing and developing new business. Experience & Qualifications:
Will come from a strong sales / account management / business development background.
Will have experience working within an established Water Treatment / Water Hygiene company with knowledge of closed system / steam boiler / cooling tower systems.
Familiar with sourcing new business as well as maintaining and continuing to build on existing client relationships.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Able to confidently carry out cold calls to generate new business.
Liaising with clients and colleagues of all levels efficiently via phone, email, and face-to-face.
The Role:
Continuing to develop existing of Water Treatment Accounts for Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Manufacturing and Public Sector sites.
Attending networking events to promote company services and gain new business.
Generating new leads by cold calling, ensuring to follow up new referrals.
Efficiently managing, developing, and monitoring the business forecasting and budgeting.
Providing competitive tenders, and quotes for clients.
Liaising with new and existing clients to get a thorough understanding of their needs, ensuring that financial aspects of projects are accurate.
Producing detailed monthly / annual sales reports.
Assisting in training new and existing employees.
Ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
Maintaining internal systems, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
