The Role
We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, specializing in placing interim professionals across all types of transformation initiatives:
Developmental Change
1. Process improvement projects
2. Skills enhancement programmes
3. System upgrades and optimization
4. Continuous improvement initiatives
Transitional Change
5. Digital transformation programmes
6. Mergers and acquisitions
7. Organizational restructuring
8. New system implementations
Transformational Change
9. Culture change programmes
10. Operating model redesign
11. Business model transformation
12. Strategic repositioning initiatives
Key Responsibilities
13. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific transformation needs across developmental, transitional, and transformational change programmes
14. Develop expertise in various change management frameworks and methodologies, including: ITIL for IT service managementCOBIT for IT governanceSix Sigma for process improvementCOSO for risk managementAgile and Waterfall methodologiesLean management principlesChange management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
15. Source and engage contractors with expertise in specific frameworks and methodologies based on client requirements
16. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' experience with different change types and methodologies
17. Maintain an active network of transformation professionals including: Change Management SpecialistsProcess Improvement ExpertsSix Sigma Black BeltsITIL PractitionersDigital Transformation ConsultantsProgramme DirectorsBusiness AnalystsPMO Specialists
Required Experience & Skills
18. Minimum 3 years' experience in contract recruitment, preferably within Business Change and Transformation
19. Understanding of various change management methodologies and frameworks
20. Ability to match contractor expertise with specific transformation requirements
21. Proven track record of successful contractor placements across different types of change initiatives
22. Strong understanding of the contract market, IR35 legislation, and contractor engagement models
23. Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed revenue targets consistently
24. Experience in managing contractor extensions and redeployments
25. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
26. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
27. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting if desired
