The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the ultimate client experience and maximising value in every sense. You will oversee current clients and key accounts by maintaining and growing these relationships. Working with and supporting internal teams, suppliers, and clients, you will run multiple projects from start to finish and provide aftersales care. From the initial brief through to delivery, you will ensure the clients’ needs are always met at every stage. Once trained, you will be asked to initiate new client accounts and be responsible for new sales generated from them.
The Responsibilities
* Providing excellent service and being the main point of contact for your clients
* Building rapport to maintain existing relationships, ensuring repeat business, new sales and upholding a high level of service
* Developing new opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas of improvement in line with Company goals
* Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
* Managing client expectation and seeking solutions and resolutions
* Managing the Customer Relationship Database and embracing a data-driven approach to sales; building tactical plans appropriate for the territory; and keeping management and leadership updated through regular reporting mechanisms.
* Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate results to the senior management as required
The Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience of selling luxury products to high end clientele
* Proven track record in both sales & account management in face-to-face environments
* Recent experience with managing a portfolio of accounts
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects while maintaining razor-sharp attention to detail
* CRM software and MS Office experience
* Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - you will be confident to make phone/email/video conferencing along with face-to-face customer contact
* Highly presentable
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A pro-active/self-motivated can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task and manage your time effectively
* Happy to travel across the UK and internationally, sometimes at short notice
