Your new role
As a Housing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our housing portfolio. You’ll work closely with tenants, landlords, andmunity partners to ensure the highest standards of housing quality, safety, andpliance. Your passion for social impact and your ability to build strong relationships will be essential in this role.Responsibilities:
1. Conduct property inspections to assesspliance with housing regulations and safety standards.
2. Collaborate with landlords and property owners to address maintenance issues promptly.
3. Assist tenants with housing applications, lease agreements, and rent payments.
4. Mediate disputes and provide support to resolve tenant-related issues.
5. Develop and implement housing programs to addressmunity needs.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £ per hour plus holiday pay. As travel is required in this role you can claim 45p per mile on expenses. The working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm with some flexibility.
