An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a paediatric staff nurse to join our recently refigured service within the children's outpatients/ planned care setting.
At East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, we are looking for a motivated candidate who wants to develop their skills to meet the evolving needs of the service. The successful applicant will be adaptable, enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team across site and willing to learn new skills, specifically venepuncture and cannulation.
Full supportive training will be provided on induction to the successful candidate. This will include a period on our inpatient children's ward and short stay assessment unit. For the right candidate, those without specialist training in paediatrics may be offered the Evelina Pathway to Children's Nursing.
