We are seeking a dedicated Care Co-Ordinator to manage the daily operations of our homecare services. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and maintain excellent communication skills. You will ensure a high standard of care is delivered to our clients, liaise with staff, and ensure compliance with health and social care standards. Key Responsibilities :
* Oversee the day-to-day running of homecare services and ensure compliance with care standards.
* Conduct care plan and risk assessments for service users and monitor staff performance.
* Maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and external partners.
* Use computerized scheduling systems (e.g., Cold Harbour, CM2000).
* Conduct spot checks on service delivery and uphold company policies.
* Ensure adherence to SSSC Code of Practice and Health & Social Care Standards.
Requirements :
* Qualifications : SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care/Leadership & Management (or working towards).
* Experience : 2+ years in a care setting with knowledge of computerised scheduling systems.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements :
* PVG Membership and SSSC registration.
* Ability to travel and work out of hours/on-call as needed.
