Our dynamic Theatre team at Practice Plus Group Hospital Shepton Mallet are currently seeking an experienced Endoscopy Practitioner to join them.
Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings and our wards boast great nurse to patient ratios.
If you are a nurse from outside of the local area we would welcome your application and there is a very generous relocation package available to support you.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to John our Theatre Manager, you'll work 37.5 hours a week.
As an experienced registered nurse you will provide skilled and considerate nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy Department taking into account their specific needs during procedures utilising the appropriate Practice Plus Group Integrated Care Pathway (ICP).
Your sound clinical and Infection control knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team. We encourage sharing of best practice across our site to develop your skills and take advantage of our excellent clinical leadership knowledge.
What we’ll look for in you
You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse or HCPC registered practitioner with specialist endoscopy training and experience of working in endoscopy.
